Nestled on the 14th floor, this stunning unit offers wrap-around balconies with breathtaking views of the ocean and inter-coastal waterway, perfect for watching sunrises, moonrises, and even rocket launches from Cape Canaveral.

** This building has an ongoing renovation project. Construction work has concluded on our side of the building and has moved to the other side. Work on the building takes place in and around the building Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM, weather permitting. (No work during the weekends).

** The pool and beach access remain open, and we will keep you updated on the progress of the project. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to improve our building.




ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Our condo boasts elegant interiors with ample space for tranquility and entertainment.

The master suite comes with a luxury king-sized bed, private balcony, fireplace for cozy nights, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub: a holistic retreat perfect for relaxation and self-care.

Guest bedrooms are equally inviting, with dual full-size beds, TV, books, games and storage.

The living area is designed for comfort, featuring comfortable seating, a fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony.

The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, including coffee makers and waffle makers.

Enjoy stunning views from every room and relax in a space that is meticulously cleaned and sanitized after each guest.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire condo, including all common areas of the building (excluding locked closets). Enjoy the oceanfront pool, gym, sauna, and private beach access, as well as secure underground parking with grocery carts .

Feel free to use the beach toys, canopy, cooler, and chairs stored in the condo's assigned parking area.




OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Our condo is designed to offer a home-away-from-home experience with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please remember you are staying in our family’s home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Also, be aware that our condo is part of a residential building, and we ask that you respect our neighbors by adhering to quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

There are security cameras in and around the common areas of the building that are maintained by the condo association. There is also a Blink doorbell outside the unit which has visibility to the hallway outside the front door. There are no cameras inside the condo.


NEIGBORHOOD
Daytona offers year-round events and is a perfect vacation location.

We are a hop a skip and a jump (or a short car ride) away from Daytona Boardwalk, Bandshell, Lagoon Waterpark, Ocean Walk shops, Daytona Pier, Daytona Speedway, the Ocean Center, and Ormond Beach! You'll find a grocery store (Publix), restaurants, and other food options about a 10–15-minute walk away or a 2-3-minute drive.

We are located about 60-75 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and about 50-60 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, historic St. Augustine, and the World Golf Hall of Fame. You can see Cape Canaveral from your balcony and watch any launches they may have during your stay.
