Your farm adventure begins at this charming 2- bedroom detached house. The cozy bedroom suit features a California queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Enjoy the enchanting living room with a sofa bed for extra guests, and an awesome loft space with a full bed. With amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, and full-size washer/dryer machines, you'll feel right at home. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at the farm. Herb garden for your cooking pleasure. Jack and his Great Pyrenees buddy Lewis, the farm guardians, love dog biscuits. Complimentary biscuits are in the kitchen for the animals. Outside fire pit with plenty of tables and chairs are provided. We are located 1 mile from the Talladega race track and 2 miles from the civilian marksmanship range. Plenty of gated parking available in a very secure farm setting.

This hidden gem is perfect for a quiet relaxing stay. Every detail was well thought out by our host and so welcoming after a long day on the road. Our only regret is we couldn’t have stayed there longer but will definitely return when we are this way again.

So clean! Love that they are pet-friendly. Jack the donkey is a nice bonus, too, as he waited for pets at the fence every day! Such a roomy home, huge fenced in backyard, and just a beautiful place overall. Would absolutely, happily stay here again! I wish all rentals were like this one!

The property and Hosts were great. My Son loved being able to photograph the many Hummingbirds on the property. And it was a special treat to have Jack the Donkey and Louis the Dog greet us whenever we returned to the property.

Just needed a quick overnight so we didn't really get to enjoy the property. Just needed a clean secluded quiet place and the guest house easily provided all the above. Thanks for the nice but brief stay! I'm sure this is a great base for activities around the area as well as checking out the farm!

Purple Buzz Goat Farm

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the farm and all of their animals were very enjoyable. Fenced backyard was perfect for our dog!Visiting during blueberry and raspberry season was a bonus, freshly picked berries was fantastic.

Staying at the goat farm was an absolutely story book experience. The house was very clean and comfortable. The goats were so cute and fun to watch. And being able to pick blackberries and blueberries made the trip so much fun. But most of all, Bill and Maritza were fantastic hosts, making us feel very welcome. Will definitely come back!

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and we were treated by their sweet dog. Bill and Maritza are very inviting and available if needed but not invasive. The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip and so quiet. The kids enjoyed touring the property. The house is well decorated and had everything we needed. We would recommend this property and revisit.

Awesome Rental

The rental was exactly as described on the website. The owners were so nice and easy to work with. Replied to all of my questions in a timely manner. The location was fantastic. The farm is beautiful and so peaceful. We will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends if in the area.

Simply amazing

We absolutely loved staying at the property! We loved the animals on the farm. The hosts were very nice and keep the property well stocked! Impressed doesnt even cover it. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Very Nice Farmhouse style!

We Enjoyed our stay, property managers were really nice . Apartment was stocked with everything needed, snacks for the kids and bottled water and ice. The kids enjoyed feeding the animals!!

Quaint and peaceful cottage

Bill and Maritza were amazing host, they went well out of their way to make it an amazing experience.We started the day being greeted by Lewis, one of the three great Pyrenees pups followed by feeding the farm animals. We learned about the bee houses and the colonies to the history of the property and surrounding area’s heritage. We ended our day picking fresh blue and blackberries for breakfast, and Relaxing in the aromas from the lavender plants.The Talladega speedway track is just short distance away, along with beautiful mountains trails to hike.I will definitely be coming back!!!

Great communication and the perfect spot for us. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Lots of space, snacks, games, and a stocked coffee bar were some of the highlights. Being on the farm was very cool. Be aware of the friendly dog greeting you may get upon arrival. We loved the dogs, donkey, and goats. My husband, son, and I stayed. The only bathroom is in the master bedroom, which didn’t bother us, but something you may want to be aware of. We will definitely return if we are back in the area.

Hiking getaway

The host was great. Everything was clean and orderly. I gave 5 stars across the board because it deserved it except for the accuracy of listing. Reason being that the main reason why I chose this listing was because of the fainting goats. My wife had always wanted to interact with them, however they were sold a week before out arrival. The only other issue was that the bedroom AC had frozen over but they had someone there within hours correcting the issue. Everything else about the property is exactly as described. So if you're looking for a little hiking getaway this would be the place.
