Elevator access to the top floor of this apartment building brings you right to your front door! Being on the uppermost floor and having the entire side of the building to yourself, you`ll only have neighbors beneath you (no shared walls). You`ll open the door to an open living room and dining room with a beautiful view of the city. The spacious galley kitchen right off the dining area provides everything you need. Walk down the long hallway to your King Bedrooms with a separate bathroom for each and ample closet space in each room.



The entire apartment is yours! The hosts have secured one utility closet off the kitchen for their storage use.

Coin operated laundry can be found in the key-accessible basement. The hosts provide a key labeled `Basement Laundry` that you will need for the elevator to bring you down.



Your hosts are Rochester locals and available to answer questions or respond to your needs from 7am to 11pm. We work diligently to ensure you have the easiest, most streamlined and relaxing stay. We promptly will address any issues or questions you may have.

On site parking for two cars with provided parking passes There is additional paid street parking right in front of the building if needed. Easily walk to some of the best restaurants, cafes and bars. Rochester has plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers.
