With 3 bedrooms including a queen bed, twin bed, and bunk bed, guests can enjoy a stay. The property offers heating, AC, laundry, WiFi, television for convenience. There are 2 bathrooms with showers. Our place will help you feel at home whether you are looking for place to put your head down, in the area for hunting or fishing recreation, or looking for an experience along the mighty, mighty Yellowstone River.
If you are interested in setting out on a hike, bike ride, fishing, or a hunting experience across our fields and river bottoms where deer, pheasant, turkeys, duck, cranes, geese are prevalent, please contact the host for availability for private access the farm's lands for additional fees.
Bring your river boat and explore miles of the untapped river. You'll find a public boat ramp within a 1/4 of a mile of the property. Walleye, bass, sauger, ling, drum, catfish and the occasional trout can be caught on the river and within certain sections of the irrigation canals.
The town of Hysham is a few miles away and provides fuel, light groceries, hardware store, and a bar restaurant.

Please do not slow cook fatty meats on the BBQ grill. Additional fees of $100 will be assessed to clean the grill and patio floors of meat grease.

We're twin brothers that are fourth generation Montanans that have grew up and worked around Eastern Montana most of our lives. We're avid fisherman and hunters that have developed a life long respect for the outdoors and the lands that we occupy. We enjoy telling a good story about the old days and are happy to offer our lodging to allow you to experience what gets up in the morning.

You'll be greeted at an end of the road farm with looming cottonwood trees along the Yellowstone river in a rural setting. The wildlife along the river in the morning and evenings in a very private quiet setting is something we enjoy the most.
