My house is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 100 meters from a major boulevard, so it’s less noisy compared to being near a main road. I wanted a place that is not too far from the city center but still peaceful for rest. This area is situated midway between the riverside of the city center and the beach. Da Nang is unique in that it has both a river, a beach, and mountains. Staying at my house, you’ll have easy access to the city center for shopping or enjoying the nightlife, while also being close to the beach to watch sunsets or sunrises and experience one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. My house exudes a serene atmosphere with plenty of greenery, and you’ll notice a majestic row of royal palms that seem to guard and add tranquility to the home.

My house is quite special; it’s located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly and open neighbors who always greet tourists with a smile. The house is on a corner lot with two façades and enjoys natural light almost all day. It’s not too hot because it is surrounded by lush greenery and flowers. You’ll find it stands out as a valuable property compared to the surrounding houses, with romantic flowers, leaves, bees, and butterflies. It’s peaceful and serene, yet just a few steps away, you can access a street full of traditional Korean dining options. You can easily rent a scooter or motorbike to explore the city. There are many more interesting things I won’t mention here to leave some surprises for you to discover.
