Seahawk Norte # 11 es una gran casa de playa ubicada en la bahía a los trituradores que ofrece la playa y la bahía para sus vacaciones. Mi casa en la playa tiene (4) dormitorios y (3) baños con (2) grandes porches envolventes. La cocina, comedor y sala de estar están abiertas para darle una amplia sala de estar. La sala de estudio / salón tiene una gran pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD. La mesa de comedor acomodará (8) preside con la barra de la cocina. En la planta baja tiene un (1) dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y baño. El piso de arriba tiene un gran dormitorio principal con baño privado. El principal tiene acceso a la gran terraza de arriba. Hay un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y otro dormitorio con cama litera con doble / doble.

Great vacay making memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you Brad for always just being a text/call away with a leak under porch. The fresh doughnuts are one of our favorite things now. We also took advantage of fishing on bay side this year, which turned out to be amazing. My 7 year old caught a small sting ray! We got it on video. The home and location are perfect. New beach chairs this year were also a hit. Thanks again for all the memories…. Hope to see you again soon.

Love this neighborhood!

This is our second time staying at one of the properties in this neighborhood and it's our favorite. The beach is close and not too crowded, even 4th of July week. Brad was very responsive on every question I had. We will be back soon!

2024 Vacation

Had a fantastic vacation. Pool in front of the house was a godsend for the kids when gulf got a little rough during last two days of our stay. We had no problems during our stay. Beautiful home and area to visit.

My family has enjoyed this vacation home the past 3 summers. This year was slightly different. Had my oldest daughters and several senior friends on this trip. It was amazing as always. We love the home and the location. Communication with Brad is always as easy as a text message. The home is well stocked and the ice maker always a plus! Exactly as advertised… My family and I hope to continue this tradition for years to come. We even had a sweet surprise of doughnuts on the porch this year. Thanks again for the memories.

Family Beach Trip

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The home is clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was in good working condition. We had no complaints at all. For our family it’s a great choice, close to the pool and the beach.

Relaxing get away

Really nice house, pool right across the road, short walk to the beach. Great location, family oriented, quiet neighborhood would definitely stay in Seahawk North again. Fantastic!

Property is just as listed. We rented this for my daughter's spring break trip with a few friends. The girls had their own space in the master, my son and his friend had plenty of space in their own room as well. Property is very well kept and you can tell they took their time with updates, layout and everything you might need is included. If we ever rent in the Ft Morgan area again, we will definitely be back! PM Brad was great as well!

July ‘22

My family truly enjoyed our week stay in this home. We had my daughter and her fiancée with their babies almost 2 and 1, my son and his gf, my step son and his gf, my other daughter and her bf, me, my fiancée and our 4 year old in our party. We all had plenty of room. Walk to the beach is literally 4/5 houses down and pool is directly across the street. Kitchen was supplied well. We did have some issues with flooding in the street, but that was no problem once we knew it happens with storms. Small water leak that Brad had fixed quickly both times. This wasn’t anything that affected our stay. We took advantage of the weekly canopy rental on beach and my daughter actually rented a golf cart for the week. The beach was fabulous and not packed like most beaches in July. We even fished in the ocean and caught several catfish. We will definitely be back. One of the most memorable vacations we have had in years.

Could be better

It is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. The house could have been cleaner- ceiling fans have a lot of dust on them, downstairs bathtub at top dusty, under house is a complete wreck with trash and old toys. Because of ants on floor. , we moved back table and tons of food and trash underneath.We needed to be told to not put food out ( like donut box) or ants would come. We also needed to be told AC would freeze up occasionally. The picture in Vrbo makes it look like it is closer to the beach than it is. We had a good week but just a few tweaks and it could be even better.

There were 8 of us in the house and we had a great vacation

Our experience with this property was very good. Brad, the property manager, was very attentive and available to any of our needs that popped up. We would come back and stay at this property again. I have recommended it to friends who are looking for a family environment. The house was clean and we loved the double porches.

Beach vacation 2022

The house was perfect but the neighbors across the street stole my sons shoes from the boardwalk area and when confronted when we saw they had them on it got a little rough but the uncle of the group returned the shoes and apologized. Then they played loud music every night way after dark after 10 at night so loud that at the end of the neighborhood could hear it . Was very surprised that no one made them turn it down. We have been coming to this area for over 20 years and never have had this kind of behavior . The home was great and clean and location was great too but the neighbors across the way not so much . But over all it was a great vacation . Quick walk to the beach and the pool ! Would stay again as long as the neighbors aren’t their ! Lol 😂

Relaxed Family Beach Trip

Our group consisted of four grandmas, my husband and I, and our two small children. The house was exactly as represented. Plenty of space, nice decorations, the closet ice maker was a HUGE bonus. Brad was super responsive and friendly. Check-in was simple. The Bay to Breakers community is great for families. Having the pool close was ideal for the kids. The weather was perfect. The beach wasn’t a far walk, but was not ideal with a baby, grandmas and all of our stuff! I would recommend renting the beach tents that can stay on the beach instead of toting your own. Overall our stay was great and we appreciate Brad for sharing his rental with us.

Thanksgiving 2021

The house is beautiful and very close to the beach. We had a few problems however The property manager (Brad) was amazing at resolving all of our issues. We have rented several houses for Thanksgiving and have never encountered a property manager like Mr. Brad. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house & Thank you Mr.Brad for all of your help.

Beautiful home had everything we needed!

This house was absolutely gorgeous! Huge front porches, well decorated, had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook at home, big bedrooms, washer and dryer, I could go on and on! The manager, Brad, was responsive to any questions we had! It is a short walk to beach, but manageable, even with small children. The only downfall was the drive to gulf shores if you needed anything or wanted to go out, but the payoff is uncrowded beach! We really enjoyed our stay here!

The owner lives in central Alabama but love the beach area and bought the house under construction in 1999. The beach house has gone through a complete renovation in 2021 after Hurricane Sally. We have many great family vacations on the beach.

Bay to Breakers is a unique location because it does offer you the white beaches but also the bay for fishing. The pool area directly across the street is another plus.
