Note: pool photo does not show the completion of pool area with chaise, tables and chairs, umbrellas, and outdoor kitchen with grills. This unit is the best line in the bldg oceanfront and renovated. Redesigned by an architect and decorator to optimize the ocean from every room. Covered parking is a deeded owner space directly next to the front door into the lobby. Fitness room and all utilities/WIFI/cable TV are included. Private beach access from the new pool deck area staircase. Spend a day on Worth Avenue shopping just minutes away or book a visit at the day spa at the Eau Resort. Reserve a table for lunch or dinner at The Palm Beach Grill, St Ambrose, Tutto Mare, Polo Room, Bucaan, La Golue— or of course the famed Breakers Hotel. Take a walk down the beach to Benny’s on the Beach for a drink or casual fare on the ocean. The Par 3 Palm Beach Golf Course restaurant also welcomes guests to its award winning restaurant with ownership by the famous Palm Beach restaurant, Renato’s - a destination favorite for Palm beachers for decades. Stays of 180 days are required, potential tenants are subject to a background check and Board Approval and do not incur taxes per Florida law for a 180 day rental period.
