With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a king bed and a twin bed, guests can unwind in comfort. The farmhouse also boasts 2 bathrooms and modern amenities. Enjoy the evenings in a screened in porch and enjoy the views on this working horse farm, part of a 68-acre horse rescue. Eight miles from Cynthiana, 10 miles from Historic Georgetown, and 20 miles from Lexington.

We really enjoyed our stay at the horse farm. The house was immaculate and tastefully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware/dishes we could need for cooking. The hosts were excellent with communicating and ease of check-in. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home surrounded by horse pastures. Perfect Lexington setting! The house is set way back off the road, so very private and quiet.

This Kentucky VRBO on horse property was truly special. Mornings were peaceful, with mist blanketing the fields and beautiful horses grazing, creating a calm retreat. The house stood out with its retro, 1950s-style Smeg appliances which are super cool and full of character, paired with thoughtfully chosen decor that made every space feel warm and inviting. Check in was so easy and the owners are very responsive. This place is a must if you find yourself in Kentucky horse country.

We had a fantastic stay. The owners were so kind. We had everything we needed and more. The view was great. We loved watching the horses. I really can't say enough about how wonderful this little getaway was. Will definitely be back if we're in the area again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The setting was perfect - clean air, green grass, great views, and horses right outside the door. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea, and the owner even offered to leave some groceries for our arrival, although we declined. We wish we could have stayed a few more days, but real life called us away from this small bit of paradise. We hope to come back for another and hopefully longer stay.

Peaceful country home

This home is lovely with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The owners were easy to communicate with and show guests that thinking of sweet details and warm hospitality matter. We appreciated our 5 days of bliss and beautiful countryside.

Modern and beautiful farmhouse

The property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. My wife and in-laws were coming to Cynthiana for a wedding, and this property was the perfect place to spend our weekend at. The property was immaculately kept, and conveniently located. Gorgeous views all the way around the property.

Kentucky dreams!

This stay was amazing. The house was so cozy, and had everything you needed. The scenery was beautiful. Carole and Anthony have what is true Kentucky hospitality. We will be staying again, it’s our new favorite “home away from home” as we only live about 2 hours from here!
