Tranquility Palms Four Bedrooms in Windsor Palms Resort - Steps to Disney
Welcome to your private and luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bath pool home with no rear neighbors and only 2.5 miles from Disney World. From the moment you enter this tastefully decorated vacation home, you will feel welcomed at your home away from home. This newly remodeled home features new ceramic tile and vinyl plank flooring, granite counters and stainless appliances.
There is a Master bedroom with ensuite bath, a Guest bedroom with ensuite bath, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a guest bedroom with twin bunk beds. Living room includes a 50” flat screen TV with plenty of seating for all. The fully equipped kitchen has all you will need with a breakfast bar and dining table for your family.
There is also a game room for your leisure time at the house which includes a basketball pop-a-shot, Pacman arcade game, PS5 game system, 85” tv with a surround sound and board games for the family. The games room has a separate AC system to ensure your enjoyment.
The clubhouse in this gated community offers a pool table, ping pong, a 58-seat private cinema, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped exercise room, and newly remodeled Sundry shop with Tiki Bar. There are also tennis courts, beach volleyball and basketball courts just steps away from our Villa.
Home features
Family/Living room - Plenty of comfortable seating, large screen TV, cable.
Dining area - Large table and 6 chairs with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 3.
Kitchen- Fully equipped equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery and cookware. Keurig coffee maker, additional coffee pot, blender, etc.
Master bedroom - King bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom - Queen bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3 - two twin beds with shared bathroom
Bedroom 4 - twin bunk bed with shared bathroom
Game room - Big screen 85'' TV with a movie style set up sofa, Pop-s-Shot, PacMan arcade game, PS5 game system, board games and a surround sound system.
Pool area - covered lanai, table and chairs, sun loungers.
Please note that it has a camera by the front door and one facing the driveway, on each side of the house. NO cameras in the living area or pool deck area.
Pool/ Spa heating and other facilities, such as BBQ hire are available upon request for an extra fee. For our guests with young families we provide a pack ‘n’ play travel cots, a high chair for your convenience.
*Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property.
No commercial vechicles, trailers, boats, etc are not allowed in the community. See below what's not allowed in the community.
Commercial Vehicles:
1. Definition of a commercial vehicle is any combination of three (3) criteria listed below:
2. Vehicle has a curb vehicle weight over 5,800 lbs or 6,800 lbs gross weight
3. Vehicle has additional equipment installed to allow:
4. Plowing
5. Lift other vehicles
6. Lift gate
7. Mechanical arms that enable lifting materials, personnel service buckets etc.
8. Tow hitches, bars or arms
9. Vehicle has commercial tags
10. Vehicle owned by a company
11. Vehicle has lettering, magnetic sign, decal or a wrap advertising a service or retail product with or without contact information
12. Vehicle has ladder racks
13. Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes
14. Vehicle seats over 8 people
15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine
16. Vehicle has dual axles
17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing
b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered
i. Defined as both motorized and non-motorized vehicles that combine transportation and temporary living quarters for travel, recreation or camping.
c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc.
d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community:
i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle
ii. Mini-bikes
iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads
e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business.
Our house is located just of the 192, where there is a large selection of restaurants, takeaways and shops, including large super markets (Walmart is just down the road) for all your needs. We are available anytime for any questions and any assistance. We are not run by a big management company where you are just a number. We are the owners of the house and we live locally. We take care of the house as our own and you will experience the difference!
