We were surprised to read this review. This is the first time we have heard any allegation regarding drones. During your stay, no concerns about drones were reported to us, despite the fact that we live next door and were readily available. No report was made to local authorities, and no evidence was provided. Neither we nor anyone in our household operates drones over the rental property. Unfortunately, during your stay, our security cameras recorded smoking on the property, which is a clear violation of our posted house rules and strict no-smoking policy. After consulting with Vrbo support, we were advised that we had grounds to terminate the reservation and require you to leave immediately. We chose not to do so and instead allowed you to complete your stay. We were also disappointed with the condition in which the property was left. Excessive cleaning was required due to stains, dirt, garbage, and failure to follow the checkout procedures provided to all guests. We take pride in maintaining a highly rated property and have consistently received five-star reviews from our guests. Based on this experience, we would not host this guest again.
