As this is a home that is regularly used for my personal family vacation home I ask for your respecting of all the rules to continually provide a great stay for my family and all my guests. Thank you see rules below:

1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS NO EXCEPTIONS(failure to comply will result in REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY with no refund)

2. PLEASE BE HONEST IN YOUR GUEST COUNT (12 person max).
I have a fair extra guest fee (after 6)that covers the extra cleaning for additional guests. Therefore I ask for an accurate guest count upfront.

3. No pets allowed

4. No smoking of any kind on the property. There is a $200 CHARGE if evidence of smoking is found(physical or smell)

5. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms

6. Please respect the noise curfew for respect to the neighbors. (10pm-7am)cameras pickup excessive noise, and alert home owner.

7. Please honor check in(4pm) and check out(10am) times, As the cleaning service needs plenty of time to make sure the house is clean and ready for the next guests.

8. Please care for and respect all furnishings on the property we want everyone to enjoy a nice clean, and cared for environment (GUESTS ARE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES)

9. Please do not Rearrange furniture with the exception of the sectional in the living room to turn into a bed.

10. No illegal substances allowed on the property.

11.Please NO DRIVING OR PARKING IN THE GRASS

12. Fire pit use: If you so desire to enjoy the nice relaxing fire pit area, please be mindful and responsible during use. Please do not leave children unsupervised while in use. Please use wood only and keep all burning materials within the enclosed fire pit. If there is any accidental fire there is a water hose right outside the patio, a fire extinguisher in the laundry room and under the kitchen sink. Also please inform me asap if any accident happens when using. When done using please use water hose to extinguish any remaining embers.
