In the living room, you’ll find a beautifully comfortable sofa, ideal for unwinding with a good book or enjoying a TV show. Please note, the fireplace is not functional.

Step outside and dive into our stunning outdoor oasis, featuring a sparkling swimming pool that invites you to relax and rejuvenate. Whether you're savoring a meal with family or roasting marshmallows with friends, our outdoor space is designed for ultimate relaxation and creating unforgettable memories.
Note: The pool is open annually from Memorial Day weekend in May until September 15.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).
- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.
- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.
- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

- No illegal activity
- Only registered guests allowed
- No Pets Allowed
- Saltwater Pool ONLY open from Memorial Day weekend to September 15th. No refunds are given for the pool not being available outside of those dates.
