Trash service: The porter will open the garage every Friday morning to take the trash out to the curb and return it inside after service.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.

- Parties/events are not permitted.

- We would like to inform potential guests that this vacation rental is situated near the delightful seals of

La Jolla Cove. While their presence adds to the charm of the location, it's important to note that this

might occasionally result in a natural, oceanic aroma.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
