Welcome to our cozy home in Linden, NJ. We offer a comfortable and private stay on the first floor, there's two available rooms for our guests.
SPACE : WHAT I AM OFFERING
You are booking a private room on the first floor of my house, which also includes another guest room on this level. The house has three levels: the basement, the first floor, and the second floor. Guests will have access to their own private room, a shared bathroom, and a shared kitchen. Please note that the kitchen is shared with hosts and potentially with other guest
FIRST FLOOR : You'll have access to the first floor, which features two rooms. One of these rooms will be yours, and the other will be occupied by another guest.
SECOND FLOOR: My partner and I live on the second floor
We have a no-smoking policy on the property, including both marijuana and cigarettes. Smoking is only allowed outside the property. If smoking occurs inside, an additional charge will be applied.

In our home, we deeply value pets and furry friends as integral members of our family. As a proud owner of 5 pets, I understand the significance and joy these furry companions bring to our lives.
Please note that we share the space with our 5 adorable dogs. During the day, you might hear some barking as they play, but they settle into a quiet evening routine for uninterrupted rest. Generally, my dogs spend most of their time in the yard and won't interact with you unless you wish to meet them.
Here in our home, we recognize that traveling with a pet can be challenging. That's why we strive to provide a welcoming environment where both you and your furry friend can feel comfortable and at ease.
We value the happiness and company that pets bring into our lives and are committed to ensuring that both you and your furry friend have a pleasant and stress-free stay.
Additionally, I would greatly appreciate your help in conserving energy by turning off lights when not in use. Also, please remember that toilet paper should not be flushed down the toilet as it may cause blockages. Kindly dispose of it in the provided trash bin.
For safety and comfort reasons, we do not allow unregistered guests to visit. If you need to host a visitor, please inform me in advance. Our space is intended for the exclusive use of registered guests, as this helps us manage resources such as electricity and gas efficiently.
If you have any questions or need recommendations for local activities, restaurants, or places to visit, I'm more than happy to assist and ensure you make the most of your time here with us.

Please note that at the moment, there are no TVs in the bedrooms. However, we have a 70 inch television in the living room and full seating for your entertainment. There is Wi-Fi available throughout the home. Feel free to use it to relax and and enjoy your favorite shows or movies during your stay.

You can cook in the kitchen, you can use everything,pots, utensils, etc There is a dining table for you to enjoy your food
You're welcome to cook during your stay, but please ensure that the kitchen is left as clean as you found it to avoid inconveniencing other guests and to maintain a clean environment. To keep the space pleasant and free from pests like cockroaches, please avoid leaving food out and clean up thoroughly, you can use everything,pots, utensils, etc There is a dining table for you to enjoy your food
You will be 7 min by car from our house to the train station (Linden station) and around 35-40 minutes from Linden to Penn Station NY
You can also the bus (112) to NY, the bus is 7 min away from our home
Please note that at the moment, there are no TVs in the bedrooms. However, we have a 70 inch television in the living room and full seating for your entertainment. There is Wi-Fi available throughout the home. Feel free to use it to relax and and enjoy your favorite shows or movies during your stay.
