About this space
My home is great for persons wanting short to long term stays. Also we can accommodate people that are displaced and awaiting their houses to be completed through insurance companies.

It is nice and cozy in a quiet community sharing a close by park (one-half block away) with seasonal pool, basketball court, and play area for kids.

Available to my guests is a well stocked kitchen and pantry space available.
Open area includes television and couch, etc.
The space

Available to my guests is a well stocked kitchen and Master bedroom with privath bathroom.
Open area includes television and couch, etc.
Guest access
The whole house is available for short or long-term reservation, it includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, common area and fully stocked kitchen with a patio area for eating or relaxing. Also included is Fire Stick with Netflix, etc.
Comfortable for 4 guests it sleeps Uup to èè6 people.
Other things to note
Please no smoking in the home.
There will be chairs available for smoking preferably 5 feet away from the doors. Please do not throw butts on the grounds, a container will be available for your use.
Please leave the house as you found it. All trash can be placed in the large trash cans on the right side of the house.
Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher at the end of your stay. We hope you enjoyed your stay!

For persons staying long term (28:days or more, a gardener will be provided as well.
