Solterra Resort is a vacation community in Davenport, perfectly located with easy access to outlets, restaurants, and supermarkets, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests. We do our best to make this place spotless clean and cozy guaranteeing a truly magical experience.

From a double-sided fridge to a comprehensive selection of kitchen cooking and barbecue utensils, we have thought of everything! Upstairs, you'll discover five additional bedrooms, among them, the expansive master bedroom boasting its own ensuite. Each room has been impeccably adorned and meticulously crafted with your comfort in mind, ensuring a unique and cozy experience for your guests.

**PET FRIENDLY**
This property welcomes guests with well-behaved and house-trained pets. There is an additional pet fee of $70 per reservation (max 2 pets, each weighing up to 25 pounds).

PET RULES:
- Pets are allowed to stay exclusively on the ground floor.
- Prohibited from going upstairs or sleeping on beds and couches.
All guests must read and agree to our pet rules.

- Bedroom 1: king bed (en-suite)

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: two twin beds (Jack and Jill with bedroom 3)
- Bedroom 3: queen bed (Jack and Jill with bedroom 2)
- Bedroom 4: two twin beds (sharing a bathroom with bedroom 5)
- Bedroom 5: queen bed (sharing a bathroom with bedroom 4)
- Bedroom 6: king bed (en-suite)

The entire home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay!

Guests can park 2 cars in the house’s driveway. Street parking is only allowed in marked spaces with a guest pass displayed.

We pride ourselves on providing pristine, high-quality essentials for your utmost comfort and satisfaction. WELCOME PACKAGE: We provide a starter kit as a courtesy for your first day. Our starter kit contains:

*Please note that we do not offer washcloths, considering them very personal items. We recommend that you and your guests bring any additional items for an even more enjoyable trip!

RESORT FEE (optional): There is a one time-fee per house per reservation to use the community amenity center ($35 from 1-12 guests). The fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

POOL/SPA HEATING: USD $60.00/day. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (24 hours) to your arrival.

Disclaimer:
No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter general when days are short, pool heaters may struggle or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.

Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

Unfortunately, we are unable to activate/deactivate pool heater on short notices or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.

We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

HOUSEKEEPING: Although there is no daily housekeeping, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. Your comfort is our priority!

ONLINE SHOPPING: You can shop online during your stay but some delivery services may not accommodate deliveries to vacation resorts. Please contact us before placing orders.
