The Roxy – 2 Homes in 1!

Welcome to your Smoky Mountains home base just outside Sevierville. This two-home retreat sleeps up to 16 and puts you within easy reach of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood.



The Space:

Set up perfectly for families and groups, The Roxy combines two neighboring homes—Roxy A and Roxy B—booked together for your stay. Between them, you’ll have 5 private bedrooms, built-in bunk sleeping, and 4 full bathrooms, offering plenty of room to spread out and come together.

Both homes feature comfortable living areas for relaxing after days of exploring, plus the convenience of a washer and dryer in each home. Outside, there’s driveway parking and an onsite EV charger to keep road trips simple. Please note that stairs are required in these homes.



If you’re here for adventures, you’re in the right spot: enjoy easy access to the area’s shops, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, theme parks, and national park highlights—then return to a calm, spacious retreat where everyone has their own space.

Roxy B (sleeps 8)

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed; ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed; ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower

• Additional Sleeping: Built-in full-over-full bunk beds in the living room

• Total: 5 private bedrooms + bunk sleeping and 4 full bathrooms across both homes.



Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

• EV charging: An EV charger is available on site.

• Stairs: Both homes have stairs; stairs are required to access parts of the space (please see photos).

• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty in the area.

• Laundry: Each home has its own washer and dryer.

• Pets: No pets are allowed at this property.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
