• Please download the Village at Breckenridge app prior to arrival. The app is required to access your condo, parking, and all complex amenities. Additional instructions will be provided before check-in.

• The Village at Breckenridge offers a newly renovated shared indoor/outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, game room, movie room, fitness room, and community BBQ grills. Amenity availability and hours are set by the building and are outside our control.

• There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management; if unavailable for any reason, stairs will be required.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
