With 3 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, you will feel right at home. This delightful home is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. Located just minutes from snowmobile trails, 15 minutes from downtown Marquette and 40 minutes from Munising it is close enough to enjoy these places but just far enough away to relax. Lovely restored house and property. It was very well stocked and very clean. It worked great for my large family. The hosts were great to work with. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and comfortable with all of the modern conveniences and the feel of home. We appreciated the comfortable beds, surplus of linens, AC units and fans. We would highly recommend this rental; it's exactly as it is listed.

Skandia A Gem! A charming and comfortable home. Nice job on the renovations. We loved the tastefulinterior decorations, many hooks for towels and clothes, choice of drip coffee maker or pods, laundry room Comfortable beds, nightstands & reading lights on both sides of each bed, appreciated the ceilings fans in all of the bedrooms, soft cotton sheets, assortment of pillows . The fire pit and outdoor games were inviting.

Anniversary and Birthday Vacation

Very nice place! Plenty of space for 8 people. Owners were quick to respond on anything we needed. You will need fans to sleep upstairs if it is hot out. Host added an air-conditioner while we were there to help with downstairs. That didn't help with the upstairs so we had to buy fans to be able sleep.

NMU graduation trip

Wish we would have discovered this gem of a property a couple years ago when my son transferred to NMU. While 12 miles outside of Marquette, the peacefulness of the location was perfect. It worked perfectly for our family to stay together while in town for NMU’s graduation.

Farm House Stay

We enjoyed and appreciated our stay at the renovated farm house. The house is welcoming and has a charming character. Everything was clean and neat, and we had all that we needed.We had a little trouble getting in to the house initially, and our host was quick to respond, and we soon got in. The surrounding area is quiet and the field and trees in the backyard is lovely.

Great house, very comfortable, excellent restoration. We had an awesome time. There was an area-wide power outage the first night, hosts were very caring and responsive in that unexpected situation. We hope to stay again!

Beautiful farmhouse

The property was clean and well supplied for our party of 6. This is definitely a place that’s is warm and inviting. It allowed us to put down our electronics and play games (provided by host) break bread as a family and enjoy the surroundings. It was outside of the town we were there for (Marquette) but close enough to travel back and forth several times. The host answered our questions and for a first time VRBO host did an amazing job from Communication to what the place offered highly recommend and hope to stay there again
