Absolutely charming apartment style home, cozy and comfortable, clean and well kept. The only thing better than the charm of the home was the incredible location. Amazing walkable spot in 12 South, my teenage daughters were able to freely come and go. Fantastic food and shopping within steps, 10/10 property.

Even better than the photos! Very communicative property manager; great location; sweet DADU unit that was over a garage but easily fit 4 of us very comfortably! Especially appreciated the extra touches with a couple of extra towels; tea AND coffee; some board games; and much more. Just a great spot. Definitely recommend!

Overall, we had a great stay at this place! It’s in a great, safe area. We loved walking to Bar Taco for dinner and Hearts for breakfast :) highly recommend both spots. You are like 3 miles from downtown Nashville, so we did pay for parking when we went. The apartment sits above a garage on the back of the property with private entrance and two parking spots. The beds were comfy; however, I can’t imagine an adult being comfortable on the sleeper sofa (my 10 year old slept on it). The place was clean and looked like the photos. It is small, and there’s no real place to eat (if you plan to cook from home). The silver island was a bit wobbly. We were out the entire time, so it didn’t really matter for us. The only real downsides for us were no tv in the master bedroom and very spotty wifi. Had the wifi worked, it would have been fine but we couldn’t access the wifi the 3 nights we were there. Not a huge deal for us bc we were out alot, but it would have been nice. We did let the host know. They did try to troubleshoot; however, I think with the router being in the main house…it didn’t make a difference. All in all, we had a great stay! These are just little details I would have loved to know prior to my stay :)

Everything was clean as could be. The beds were comfortable. Everything you need for cooking meals "at home" was available. Quick walk (2 min) to several coffee shops, lunch spots and shops! The hosts were super quick with responses and very helpful! We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer! Short drive to downtown as well.

The neighborhood was nice, super cute and close to a lot of restaurants.. The couch and beds were also very comfortable. It was a perfect place for what we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great for a guys trip with 3 of us. We were very happy with the property and location and would stay again definitely. Walking distance to breakfast, coffee, shopping. Ubers to and from Broadway were 10-20, about 10 minute drive or less. Had 3 beds and a couch. Bathroom was good size, especially the shower. Place was cleaned well. It is a loft apartment above a garage that is separate from a house. Only criticism would be that the second bedroom with 2 bunks has no door, which I believe is clear from pictures in the listing.

We love staying in this great place. The bungalow was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The space was very comfortable and accommodating.We loved staying on 12 South, and really enjoyed many of the restaurants and stores. This apartment is in a great location in 12 South. The pictures in the listing match the property. Check in was super easy and the management company was responsive when I had questions. The location is ideal - within walking distance of shopping, dining and entertainment. And just a short Uber to downtown Nashville. Property was super quiet, too. I did not hear any outside noise during my stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in a vibrant area of Nashville.

Amazing experience. Rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. We were very comfortable as a family of four. Loved the gold monkey!! Kitchen was well equipped and they even thought of new dish sponge and soap as well as dishwasher pods. Fresh linens and towels, and many pillows and blankets to feel comfy!Proximity to all the restaurants and cafes was supreme, given the price point. 3 minutes walk to get steaming fresh coffe or eat Titan burger, as featured in “Diners, Drive ins, and Dives”. There is also a park nearby to enjoy morning run! Thank you to the host for making this stay special and enjoyable!

I came to visit my daughter; the apartment was beautiful and new, super comfortable bed and great shower; nice and quiet at night. I felt very safe at night and it’s so close to the shops on 12 south- a great stay :))

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was perfect-walkable to 12 South and close to Belmont University, which made getting around so easy. The space itself was cozy and comfortable and worked perfectly for me and my two teenage daughters.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and check-in/check-out was a breeze with minimal instructions. I especially loved the office nook and desk in the bedroom, which made working from home during the stay convenient.Our stay happened during the January winter/ice storm, and we ended up needing to extend our stay by two extra days. The property manager was accommodating and made the extension process easy and stress-free, which was truly appreciated.The place was cutely decorated, had plenty of towels, and great closet space in both the bedroom and the bunk room. Overall, it felt thoughtful, comfortable, and welcoming-we’d absolutely stay here again!

Girls Trip

Visited Nash with couple girlfriends for the weekend. The property actually looked better than in photos! Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and ton of shops in a safe and charming neighborhood. Very clean, comfy and cozy! Easy access!(Could use a full length mirror and some mood lighting but not a big deal).I actually decided to extend my stay and the managment responded promptly to my request.I will definitely return in the future!
