This spacious 5-bedroom home is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood but remains in close proximity to some of Austin’s most popular restaurants and bars, giving you the best of both worlds. You won’t believe just how many food and drink options are within walking distance from your front door!
Rainey Street, less than a 20-minute walk away, has something to accommodate whatever mood you find yourself in, from dining in to snagging some take-out, along with a variety of selections for evening entertainment. Immerse yourself in the scene of the city as you head into Downtown, stopping in at the many museums and art galleries that weave together the stories of the city. For a more peaceful way to spend the day, take a stroll along the shores of Lady Bird Lake, offering parks, a boardwalk, hiking and biking trails, and even kayaking and paddleboard rentals for an immersive day on the water. This location simply cannot be beat for anyone who wants to fully experience everything Austin has to offer!
The home’s bright and modern interior is a refined space for spending your downtime, offering enough room for everyone to spread out and find their own personal spot to unwind with communal spaces designed for coming back together. The open-concept living and dining area offers plush sofa and armchair seating where you can keep up with episodes of your favorite stream-ready show on the mounted smart TV. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, offering stainless steel appliances such as the Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf range with 4 burners and a griddle, pot filler, stone countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Snag a high-top stool at the island to assist in meal prep or nosh on a delicious spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres, while the dining room table can seat the whole crew for formal meals. Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a full-size bed and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #3 with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #3 includes a full-size bed and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #2 with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed.
The home also includes a half bathroom and 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles – 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway, with additional parking on the street as needed.
• The indoor fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are welcome to use the patio fireplace; however, wood is not provided.
