- This is a smoke-free resort, including balconies and electronic cigarettes. A $300 fine will be enforced for violations.

- Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle per unit in the Breckenridge building.

- Cashless resort: A $150 credit card pre-authorization for incidentals is required at check-in.

- The Breckenridge main lobby will be undergoing renovations in 2024, with construction occurring from 9am-5pm. Expect detours to building entrances, exits, and beach access.
- Units do not include laundry facilities. On-site laundry is available on the 3rd floor.
