Completely renovated with a modern industrial flare! This home boosts tons of character. Exposed brick walls, a loft, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious living room equipped with CableTV, Netflix, and high speed WiFi ensures you have everything you need to relax. Close to the highway and just 5 minutes from the downtown Kitchener Tech hub. Easy access to city transit makes this location ideal for anyone. A short drive to the Kitchener Aud., Lot 42, or walk the trail to Victoria Park.2
• Seamless check in via number pad • Three parking spaces • Washer and dryer in house • 55` Smart TV with Netflix and cable • Unlimited, high Speed Wi-Fi • Complimentary tea and coffee • Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil) • Fresh linens and towels • Bathroom fully stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash • Master bedroom with one queen sized bed • Second bedroom with two single beds •Loft has 2 loft style beds (low to the ground) • Air conditioning • If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to ask!
Guests have access to the entire home. Garage top patio is not for use during the winter months (Nov 30th - April 1st)
We have installed a NoiseAware noise monitoring. This tamper-proof monitor is used to measure decibel levels (noise levels) within the home. It does NOT record or monitor conversations, it is simply used to track how loud it is at a given time. The exterior is also subject to surveillance.
Our home is our pride and joy and should respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival. We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy it here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area!

As a valued AirBnB guest, your safety has always been, and remains, our number one priority. From the onset of the coronavirus, we have introduced additional deep cleaning measures to increase the sanitation of our homes. On top of our current cleans, we have introduced registered disinfectants listed on the EPA’s disinfectant list to wipe down additional high contact areas inside the home. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation. • No pets. • No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted. •3 parking spots available: • 2 spots at the rear driveway off Kennedy. • 1 spot at the front of the house in front of the garage.Do not park in additional spots without authorization. • No shoes indoors. • Check-out: please wash dishes or run the dishwasher if available, bag and dispose garbage, return any moved furniture to its original position and leave the space as you found it.

Great Spot
We stayed 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised by this lovely little gem of a place. It was clean, very well decorated and stocked with what we needed. It also helped it was very close to the Aud where we spent most of our weekend. Would for sure recommend.

Beautiful house, in an ideal location for the conference we were attending! Amenities were great, which we would have utilized more if we hadn’t been at a conference for full days. Would come back and recommend to others for sure!

Weekend Getaway
The property was very clean, well furnished and as described in the listing. The host communicated promptly. Our favorite feature when selecting this property was the large seating areas offered in the living room and around the kitchen table. And we weren’t disappointed. This is where we spent the majority of our time. I highly recommend this property!

Disappointed
When we checked in we discovered the property had not been cleaned after the last guests. A cleaner was sent over after a bit but wanted us to leave. We said no cause we just drove six hours. Six of us were stuck up in the loft while it was cleaned. It was not a very relaxing evening!!Plus we were promised a discount because of this issue but it was never given. I tried to contact the owners but every time was told it was being looked into and then I was just ignored!! Definitely will never ever stay there again!!
