Walk into a ground floor (no stairs) freshly remodeled condo with a large living room, full kitchen, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and blender, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus two outdoor patios!
The recent renovation has transformed this condo into a stylish haven, complete with new flooring, fresh paint, and eye-catching accent walls and much more. The kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops and new appliances, perfect for whipping up lakeside meals. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this fully furnished condo comfortably accommodates family and friends. The primary bedroom offers a serene retreat after a day of lake adventures, while the second bedroom provides flexible space for additional guests. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a spacious king bed for guests or children. The couch hides another full size pull-out bed, and a beautiful large outdoor private patio for relax and outdoor dining. Guests can enjoy amenities like ac and heat, new outdoor pool with lounge chairs, heated indoor pool, newly renovated playground, basketball court, 4 new pickleball courts, and trails along the lake edge.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, you don't have to drive more than 20-30 mins for most of the big attractions. Clean and comfortable beds. The lake is very close but it's best to have a vehicle to get down there (especially with kiddos) because it's a very steep hill. I would definitely visit here again!

Check-in was easy. Kitchen facilities were great. No bathroom in master bedroom and shower super small no bedside tables (we used our suitcases). For the price it was very nice.

We were in the area for an antique and classic boat show and this accommodation was perfectly located to our venue and provided a comfortable place to crash in the evenings.

Good

It was a great place to stay. When you need a little break it’s nice to be able to play pickleball and swim indoors and it be right there. The cleaning could have been better there were some sugar crystals on the coffee station and dust in several places. It just felt like a couple of things needed to be wiped down. Overall it was a great stay. The directions that the owner gives you are accurate and make it easier to find.

Great place to stay

This was a very clean and well stocked place to stay. The owners made the check in process so easy. They checked in the next day to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. They even have the showers stocked with shampoo and body wash. The condo is right across from the kids playground and courts. Our kids loved playing there and it was nice as parents to have it right across the way. The condo even had basketballs and pickle ball equipment for us to use. Definitely recommend!!!

We are Johnny and Robyn Eakins, both of us grew up 50 mins north of Table Rock Lake, we enjoy our summers spent on the lake, any outdoor activities, and blessed while raising our daughters, we also have fond memories with family and friends. We married at18, just celebrated 36 yrs of amazing chapters, 2 grown married daughters, 2 grandchildren, which we adore. Johnny retired recently after 28 yrs working for Springfield City Utilities and now sells real estate part time. May 2024 I retired from 25 years of being a RN/School Nurse.
Family and friends are a big part of our life, helping other and being about to share this amazing property for others to enjoy .

Johnny's parents worked for the table rock corp when he was growing up and he has always been drawn to the lake and all it has to offer. This location had so many options for extra amenities, option to rent boat slips through what’s up Doc, close to town and centrally located to Silver Dollar City and Dogwood Canyon.

Newly remodeled, homey/cozy, indoor / out door pool, playground. pickleball courts, basketball courts, hiking trails, options to rent boat slip, restaurants and anything you would need for a relaxing getaway is all with in a few miles of our location.
