Would definitely recommend over a hotel. We stayed in St Louis for a week and wouldn’t have done it any other way. Close walking to the ballpark and national park. Great places to walk for dinner / lunch. Highly recommend for your trip.

Nice place. But the parking option offered was 35 a day or 75 dollars a week. Nothing about paid parking is mentioned in the listing.

Just Awesome!

This awesome condo is super clean, newly remodeled, yet in historic and charming building. It’s a great location…easy walk to the Arch, right on the water. Everything you need is there and the host is super responsive. We just loved the charm of this place. It’s everything as advertised and much more!

Great downtown loft in a secure building

This loft was a stunning and contemporary space, exuding modern elegance. Situated within a highly secure building that offers well-monitored gated parking, we felt truly at ease during our stay. We would definitely choose this place again. Its prime location makes it convenient to explore all that St. Louis has to offer, while also providing easy access to cross the river into Illinois.

Fantastic spacious loft in the heart of Saint Louis!

This is my second visit to this fantastic property, and I couldn't be happier! The host makes communication a breeze, and checking in and out is effortless. The loft boasts stunning views of downtown, all while providing a quiet, spacious retreat. It's perfect for both business travelers and small families. The gated parking is a bargain and definitely worth it. I absolutely love this part of St. Louis — the building is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and charming cafes, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the local vibe!

Location.. Location.. Location!!!

Fantastic location on Laclede's Landing with the beautiful cobblestone streets. I would hang out there in the 90's during my college years, always had a soft spot for the area in my heart.Now, The Landing has transformed into a downtown live/work/play area, somewhat tucked away from the crazy.The host gave great instructions in the guide book, prepare for a couple twists/turns with the parking/badge/front door/fob situation. After day 1, you'll be fine.The unit was very clean and well maintained with a contemporary vibe AND a pull out microwave. For a Vrbo, color me impressed.Host was very courteous and responsive, routinely asked about my stay during interactions at the building.Finally, if you own an ultra luxe vehicle, this is the spot for you. In the event I'm driving my personal car, the parking indeed plays a critical role in my decision. Deal breakerFantastic secured parking, never had to think twice about my car. Won't let you in OR out without a fob.If you're looking for a urbane luxe experience where privacy/security are at a premium, check him out.DM

Condo was immaculate. The building has been refurbished and they did an outstanding job. It appears that the city is trying to resurrect the area, but it still has a way to go.
