The view and hot tub were the highlight of our stay. The Mountain View from the deck is stunning. The rest of the property is comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with. They provided some snacks and other amenities which was nice.

The location and views are amazing! The hot tub was perfect each day after hiking, Indian Gardens just down the hill is cozy, everything was clean, it is secluded and peaceful, but still close to all the fun in Sedona.

Cozy hideaway!

This is the perfect cozy place to stay in Sedona. Quiet, close to downtown but far from the chaos! Amy & Pascal are great hosts and I would recommend their place to anyone!

The view was absolutely amazing!! Which is exactly why we stayed here. The property was clean and seemed to be well maintained. Its really a cute spot to stay. Only caution we would give is there was no freezer. With the over 40 crowd, we need ice. Not only for our drinks, but the knees! After a long day of shopping or hiking, icing joints is important. Otherwise, we were happy guests.

Stunning location

The views! You will have those Sedona red rocks *right* in front of you. The hot tub really worked well and was easy to use--not always the case with "we have a hot tub" places. Pleasant, no-fuss owners living next to you in the rest of the house. There are two levels of decking. Foam-on-mattress queen bed very comfy. Quiet.
