This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Nothing in this property was like it was presented online. The back had a broken screen door hanging off he hinges and a broken storm door on the front that did not lock, no blinds or shades on the large double door. I taped sheets over the door to try and provide privacy. There was half eaten food and trash left on the kitchen cabinets. I was locked out of the property. It took two hours to reach the host. She didn't know the code to her lock on the front door deadbolt lock that I was locked because the storm door did not lock. It took ADT over an hour to help her get me in the house making me and my dog locked out in the cold for over three hours. All of the walls were dirty, and kids' stickers were on the walls. There were several half-used rolls toilet paper, empty bottles of soap, empty vegetable oil bottle in the cabinet. The outside walls of the house were full of mold and in dire need of pressure washing. The pool was empty with no cover. That's very dangerous. The listing says the yard is a nice place for children and pets to run around. Not in this yard. the host. I was working with the Vrbo rep to try and find another place. I could not think about staying there, not even for one night. It was disgusting. I got out of there before midnight. Vrbo got me a refund and was prepared to cover the additional price if I found another place which I did not. Do not rent this property. It's a nightmare.
