Spend unhurried hours outside with the ocean as your backdrop. Grill dinner on the BBQ, gather by the fire pit, and finish the evening with a soak in the hot tub as you listen to the waves. Inside, you’ll find the essentials for a comfortable stay and WiFi to keep you connected when service allows.



Close to local highlights, you’ll be well positioned to explore Gualala Point Regional Park for whale watching, driftwood beachcombing, and scenic Bluff Top Trail hikes, or rent kayaks to paddle the calm Gualala River among the redwoods.

Important Things to Note

• Occupancy is limited to 4 guests total, including children.

• Safety note: This home sits near the oceanfront cliff and is not recommended for small children.

• Stairs: The house has stairs; please see photos for reference. Stairs are required.

• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking is allowed overnight. There is no additional parking beyond what’s described.

• EV Charger available for additional cost—This amenity requires payment directly through a QR code where the guests must provide their email and payment details.  This is a 3rd party platform and is not affiliated with Grand Welcome in any way.

• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Exterior security: One exterior camera monitors the driveway. No cameras inside the home.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly; please do not bring pets.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
