NOTE:
The resort will be experiencing nearby construction directly across the street through September 2025. For the entire construction period, there will be a one-lane closure to the main road leading to the resort and a full closure periodically. Additionally, construction noise will be ongoing from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. You may encounter noise, dust, odors, and work crews during this time. If you have any questions, please reach out to the resort directly.

The resort will be undergoing renovations beginning Oct. 26, 2024 - Dec. 12, 2024. During this time, the resort amenities may not be available for use. Additionally, you may encounter noise, dust, odors, work crews, and limited parking. Dates are subject to change.

This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases.

The resort's parking is limited. There's a parking fee of $12.00 per night for all non-owners. Accommodation cannot be made for large vehicles, boats, RVs, and trailers. Oversized parking is available at the City of Durango Transit Center for an additional fee.
