Come to this quiet, private mountain retreat that is just a short, one-block walk to Chairlift #15, located at the Juniper Springs area of Eagle Lodge and on the Greens of the Sierra Star Golf Course. This townhome-style, Bi-level condo boasts a fully-equipped granite kitchen, formal dining area/table for 6, in-unit washer/dryer, and a community heated pool (in summer) and spa (year-round).
Enjoy TVs in every room, and free high-speed internet. Park your car in the secured, heated, underground parking garage.
Stay warm while gathering around the custom river rock gas fireplace, or get some fresh air on the private deck with a Gas BBQ, overlooking the beautiful greens of the Sierra Star Golf Course.
Accommodates up to 6 people with a Queen size bed in the master bedroom with a flat screen TV, and 2 twin beds second bedroom with a flat screen TV, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.
On the adjacent street, a free town shuttle picks up every 15 minutes, transitioning between The Village, shops, restaurants, discount outlets, movie theaters, grocery stores and more.
Two parking passes come with this unit. There is only one assigned space in the underground parking garage (space #210) .Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis around the complex in outdoor parking spots.
