¡Aquí tu sueño de vivir en el hermoso y exquisito vecindario junto a la espléndida Fontana de Trevi puede hacerse realidad! Este lujoso apartamento está ubicado en un edificio del siglo XVIII recientemente renovado.

Una vez que fue parte del antiguo convento de los "moronitas", que fue abandonado al final del Estado del Papa, ahora este luminoso apartamento de 90 metros cuadrados está situado en el 4to piso (con ascensor) está finamente decorado con piezas familiares antiguas, hermosas alfombras y cuadros.

El apartamento es muy tranquilo y ofrece una maravillosa vista al patio interior. A través del pasillo se llega a la sala de estar con cómodos sofás. Al lado se encuentra la cocina y el rincón comedor.

Además, hay un dormitorio principal con una cama doble y un segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales que se pueden convertir en una cama doble y con capacidad para 2 personas más.

El baño está equipado con ducha grande y nueva.

Great Location

Great location, close to attractions and good restaurants, and very easy to check in and out. Apartment was as expected, strong air conditioning in the bedrooms, and more amenities than I'd expect from a hotel room.

Perfect Apartment for our Rome Holiday

What a great place to stay in Rome! This apartment was just what we needed for us and our daughter and son-in-law. We had plenty of room to relax and it was beautifully decorated and very clean. Dorotea was very easy to work with and all was exactly as we expected when we arrived. The apartment is located on the back side of the building so it was very quite, the only thing we heard was the beautiful church bells chiming over the city in the morning. We did not rent a car while we were in Rome, and found this location to be perfect! We walked to all of the famous sites -- of course Trevi fountain is just block away, but also it was easy to walk to the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Plaza Navona ... we even walked to the Coliseum area. The Vatican was just a few stops down on the Metro, which we could pick up about 2 blocks away. Dorotea, if we are ever in Rome again, we will be back! Thank you!

Excellent apartment spoilt by onsite building works

This is a really nice apartment in an unbeatable location. It is spacious and clean and there are multiple restaurants within 100 metres of the front door, yet it is set back from the street so you couldn't hear the street noise once inside. It is impossible to fault the apartment in any way. Unfortunately, however while we were staying there were significant building works being carried out on an adjoining building. There is a common wall shared between the bedrooms and the building where the works are being carried out. The work started at 7am and it was impossible to sleep or relax once it started because of the noise (banging and drilling). We ended up leaving the apartment 2 days early because of this. I was very disappointed that I received no response from the owner when I contacted them to advise that we had to leave early because of the noise. I wasn't expecting a refund but it would have been nice to receive a response at least acknowledging the inconvenience. The building next door is covered in scaffolding so the work may be ongoing for some time so it might be worth checking before you book. Without the inconvenience and noise of the building works this would be the best apartment we have stayed in.

Hemos estado matrimonio y dos hijos adultos .Dorotea contestó, rápidamente a nuestra solicitud.No hubo ningún problema. Great , secure , large , apartment in the center of Rome

Love love love this apartment. Large 2 beds room , and very quiet and secure over look the courtyard in the center of Rome . The leaving room is very large and comfortable. Both of the 2 bedroom are good size with everything you need ( the air condition in both room work perfect ) . Great location ! The apt is about 30 feet away from Trevi fountain on the busiest walking route in Rome . Everything in the apartment work well A few suggestions , a microwave and new pot and pan would be nice . The internet works very well in the leaving room and the master bed room but not on the far second bed room ,a internet signal booster would be awesome . Over all I think this is the awesome apartment to stay . I am strongly recommend this apartment . We feel like we are at home . Dorothe is very accommodated , very kind and fast communicate (very quick response ) .we are very lucky that we found this apartment. We will definitely want to come back and stay here again . Thank you very much Dorothe . Your apartment made our vacation memorable and fun .

Incredible Apartment

We have stayed in this apartment on several occasions over the last few years and have always been impressed at how impeccably it is maintained and how helpful the staff is. It is clean with a small but adequate kitchen, 2 fine bedrooms, and beautiful parquet floors. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and flatware. All the appliances work and the bathroom has been recently renovated. There is an elevator and WiFi. The apartment is 2 blocks from the Trevi fountain, but what is really important is that Valentino's icecream shop is downstairs, as is Carla's dress shop, and around the corner is La Prosciutteria. Many of the iconic Roman places are within easy walking distance as are many excellent restaurants. Overall, we love this place and keep coming back to it.

A great apartment in the centre of everything

Located just a short block from the Trevi Fountain, this apartment is just about perfect for a Rome vacation. We found we could walk or take public transport to just about everywhere we wanted to go. I think we took only two taxis during our stay. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby and Dorotea provides a good list of recommendations.

Great place. Great location. Great service

We traveled as 2 adults and 2 kids and stayed 6 nights and we loved this place. Everything is just as described! Very clean, lots of room, and a comfortable place to just relax for an afternoon when you want a break before evening activities. The apartment is in a secure complex and is very quiet even though the action starts right outside the building. Restaurants, gelato shops, and gifts shops right along the street out front. Trevi fountain is just a couple minute stroll. We bought gelato and spent time at the fountain every night during our stay. Georgio gave us a great orientation and took on a short stroll of the surrounding area pointing out the super market, nice places to eat, how to get to the nearby metro station, and a place that would do our laundry for us. Great stay all around and we would definitely stay here again if it is available during our next trip to Rome!

Large apartment in great location

My two teenage kids and I stayed for a week in this apartment. We had plenty of room with two bedrooms and a nice sized living room/dining room area. My kids were couch potatoes after a long day of touring. They were so comfortable here. Like everyone says, it is quiet. I only saw one other person on the stairwell the whole week we stayed there. The photos are accurate except that the shower is changed. It is new and really nice. It is a proper shower with a glass door. It is no longer a bathtub. I could easily make a simple dinner in the kitchen. There is an easy to use grocery store called Coop at the end of the street. Giorgio showed me where it was when I arrived. I would buy food in the morning because the shop gets crowded in the evening. Don't forget to weigh your own produce before bringing it to the cashier. I loved the street we were on. To be in the heart of so much action you just have to walk out of the building. Everything was there. It is more of a pedestrian alleyway than a street. There are very few cars that come down it and they go really slowly when they do. There were loads of restaurants, shopping and gelato right outside the door. It is just two blocks to the Trevi Fountain and another 10 blocks to the Pantheon. It is three long blocks in the other direction to the Metro which is what we used to go to the Colosseum and the Forum. Super easy to get to everything. Giorgio was very nice and helpful. He is warm and generous. He made us feel welcome in Italy and Rome.

Perfect Location in Rome!

My family of 4 stayed at Dorotea's comfortable courtyard apartment over the New Year's holiday. She was very gracious and answered all my questions before our trip and made transportation arrangements for our late arrival to the city. She also helped us with NY Eve reservations to a wonderful restaurant. Georgio met us at the apartment and made sure we were comfortable with the apartment and our surroundings. He made sure we had transportation back to the airport for a very early flight and everything went very smoothly. The apartment is spacious, the wifi worked great and even though the apartment is on a little street with a lot of foot traffic, it faces into a beautiful courtyard that was very quiet and serene. The apartment is conveniently located to every major sight and we walked everywhere. We only took a taxi once during our stay and there is a grocery and plenty of shopping/restaurants steps from the apartment.

Clean, Spacious, Nice Location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is located in a great spot by the Trevi Fountain and a number of good restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to rent from here again. 5 stars!

Nice apartment in Rome!

We stayed in this spacious apartment for five days. It is homey and nicely decorated and is in a very convenient location within walking distance of many sights. There is a supermarket a block away and fresh fruit and veggies are sold Just outside the complex. The Rome metro is five minutes away. We used it one morning to get to an early Vatican tour. A lot cheaper than calling a taxi. Although this apartment is in a busy pedestrian area the apartment is surprisingly quiet. Georgio met us upon arriving and took time to explain the workings of the apartment and helped with our orientation of Rome. Dorothea was there also to make sure small repairs were attended to. We only used the kitchen for breakfast an lunch but found it well supplied. We wanted to enjoy the great Italian cooking available in the restaurants. One suggestion: we obtained a taxi on our own at the train station. This was a mistake as the driver did not know exactly where the apartment was and ended up charging us an exorbitant fee. In contrast Georgio called a taxi for us when we were checking out and explained exactly where we needed to go and there were no problems and it was a reasonable fare. We had a very comfortable stay in Rome. We would certainly recommend this to others. Thank you Dorothea and Georgio. Al & Jan

Hi Dorotea, we had a wonderful time. Georgie was terrific and very accommodating. The apartment was well-suited for us and in a perfect location. Terrific restaurants and wine bars. In fact, my wife was able to run four times along the River. The apartment was safe, quiet and roomy. The only things I think you should consider is having wastebaskets in the bathroom and bedrooms and paper goods (napkins, paper towels and toilet paper). We look forward to a return trip and will recommend your place to others. Thanks again. Greg Glasson

Excellent location

Great apartment. Dorotea arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport. Giorgio met us at the apartment and offered several recommendations for dining, shopping and touring. The apartment is spacious and very clean. My husband and I were travelling with our children, ages 22 and 24. We could walk everywhere. It was such a nice treat to leave the noise and crowd each time we walked through the large, green doors. The weather was great, and we could open the windows. There was no noise since the apartment faces the courtyard. The apartment is nicer than the pictures. I would happily recommend this property to friends and relatives. I take early morning walks, and I would buy fresh fruit from the farmer's market and baked goods for breakfast. We ate dinner out, but the kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook.

Great Apartment - Perfect Location - Michael from Chicago

We stayed for 5 nights, (my wife and I and our 2 children 22 and 20 yrs old). The apartment is located about a block from the Trevi Fountain right smack in the middle of Rome. Everywhere in Rome is within walking distance including the Vatican. While Rome is chaotic with people the apartment itself is extremely quiet and peaceful. it is almost a sanctuary amid the chaos. Dorotea made the arrangements to have us picked up from the airport and that went flawlessly. Once we arrived we were met by a very nice fellow named Giorgio. He helped get us set up and oriented and acquainted with the area and was also very helpful with recommendations about where to go and what to do. The Apt. is very spacious and comfortable and well appointed. I would absolutely highly recommend this apartment especially for its perfect location to explore all of Rome.
