Large room and great view of the lake. Only negative was the bathroom was very small and not well lit. Bonus- concert on the beach on one of the nights during our stay!!!

What a terrific location, right on the beach. We slept with the sliding doors open and the sound of the waves as a lullaby. Great location to everything.

Beautiful setting right on the lake, private beach, nice pool and hot tub. Staff was great. Only negative is the whole property needs a facelift. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The room was just ok. The view was the best part. It was very dated, the shower was dark and old. I may stay there again, the location was the best part. Walkable to everything or just hop on a scooter. Needs updates!

Noise from other tenants well past 10pm curfew every night. Unfortunately we did not know AC was not available, the room was hot during the day and warm at night.

Lake Tahoe Reggae Festival

We had tickets to the Reggae festival at the new Tahoe Blue Event Center. We booked the room on VRBO and because the room in the pictures on the website had a full kitchen, we figured we could save a few dollars and make food there instead of eating out. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely pleasant and we had no issues. When we walked into the room, it was the most beautiful view you've ever seen. It was just Lake. Nothing but lake. It was 3rd floor above the beach and you could'nt see the beach unless you walked out on the balcony. Everything was clean, inviting, warm and perfect. We did not bring a bunch of groceries and realized quickly there was no kitchen. We made it work with the small amount of food we did bring and did not want to change rooms due to location and view. I have no complaints about my stay but would want to make sure that if the room you are booking has pictures of a kitchen in the ad, that people know that their room may not have a kitchen. We had wonderful time, the staff was friendly and courteous, the property was amazing and we will definitely be coming back.

Right on the beach

Location was great being right on the beach with lots of shops, restaurants and activities close by. The room itself was a little older with the screen door not opening very smoothly. They had problems with WiFi for one of the days. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit!

Affordable lodging on the lake

We stayed here 25 years ago and loved it and tried it again recently. It's an older property but It's on the beach and every room has view! There was a mini fireplace in ours and there's a fire pit and pool.

You need to update your toilets! I thought I would never get up after going down so far. 🤔 Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. When you update the toilets, we'll comeback.
