Designed for comfort and convenience, this homely retreat offers a serene environment for up to 4 guests. Enjoy spacious private gardens and living areas, modern amenities, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Perfect for both short stays and extended visits, our villa combines easy access to popular travel hubs.
Summer House features a minimalist interior that combines modern amenities with the timeless charm of an old Ceylon home. Our two rooms are elegantly furnished with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchenette includes a small pantry, and the high ceilings ensure cool air circulation. Both bedrooms offer ultra-comfortable bed linen, extra pillows, bath linen amenities. The villa is equipped with a tea/coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, and a mini fridge. Guests also have access to a swimming pool and gymnasium within the neighborhood.
Nestled amidst lush greenery, Summer House features a serene pond with fish, creating a refreshing and calming welcome. The expansive terracotta verandah, furnished for comfort, offers views of our meticulously maintained private gardens and is an ideal spot to enjoy the natural beauty or indulge in a private BBQ dinner.
Daily home cooked local or international breakfast options are available for both adults and children. For other meals, a specially curated a-la-carte menu is available in the villa for pre-orders.
Our serene home is the ideal destination for visitors to Sri Lanka, whether for work or leisure. We cater to individuals, couples, and small families, and we also welcome pets upon request.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We chose the neighbourhood to build our own home and simply fell in love with its connection with nature, peaceful and serene surroundings and easy access to key landmarks and popular destinations of the island. Later, we built Summer House next to our own home for guests visiting Sri Lanka and looking for a homely stay. We can therefore have the pleasure of hosting them.
