Escape to a serene retreat at this 4-bedroom farm house in Smithfield. With 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, guests will find tremendous comfort in the cozy bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryer for added convenience. Relax in the lovely living spaces or take advantage of the AC and WiFi. It is located near the outlets, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Garage and small closet in bathroom is reserved for the host only. Also we have security cameras in our front porch and driveway which continue record audio and video. Valid photo ID is required before arrival.

Perfect Stay For A Family

This house was perfect for our family of 5. We stayed here for a wedding at the Hartwood, and it was a great location, only 7 minutes from the venue. The house was clean, well-appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The host had excellent communication, would stay here again!

The best!

We came here for granddaughters ballgames and didn’t want to spend a week in a hotel. This was the best place I could have ever picked! Nice and clean. The host has many different amenities and the washer and dryer is a plus! Close to shopping and restaurants The community is very nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend and will be back!

Meet Halfway

Smithfield is the approximate mid point between us and friends. We decided to do a meet up and spend a weekend together. The house was perfect for dining and relaxing. The owners went above and beyond with accommodations and amenities. Housekeeping had the place immaculately prepared. We enjoyed our time here and already contemplating future stays. Thank You!

Humble Loving Hosts!

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and accommodating home, then this is the place for you!! The hosts are kindhearted with open communicate throughout your stay. They even have little snacks for the kiddos and centered around family! We were blown away from all the thoughtfulness they displayed - without a doubt we would book again!
