The Space:

Nestled in Stone Bridge, a serene golf community in Branson, it is an ideal family-friendly getaway, boasting sweeping landscapes with a wealth of facilities. Spend days kayaking through nearby lakes or enjoy a friendly match on the outdoor tennis court. The community pool is perfect to hobnob with tourists alike as kids have an unforgettable time on the manicured playground.



Inside, a spacious living area awaits you — with cobble-stoned walls, elegant fixtures and comfy sofas that flank a smart TV.  Lounge by the firepit, savoring the homey, inviting ambiance of the place.



The living area opens onto a roomy balcony, where a 4-seater dining table basks amongst the lush foliage outside. Sizzle up the BBQ and soak in picturesque views through floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s also a coffee table for 2.



The open-plan kitchen is kitted with appliances including a blender, stove, coffee machine, wineware, oven, microwave and a refrigerator. A 6-seater dinner table is ideal for family meals, while 4 high chairs are provided for sundown cocktails.



The home accommodates 6 guests between 2 cozy bedrooms, both furnished with soft carpets and beddings, and living room.

Bedroom #1 features a queen-size bed and a TV.

Bedroom #2 features a king-size bed and a TV.

A queen sleeper sofa is fitted in the living room for 2 guests.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- There are two additional rollaway beds for additional guests to sleep.

- A Pack N' Play and board games are accessible within the home to keep your little ones entertained.

- There are two bathrooms — one of which has a jetted tub.

- A washer/dryer is provided.

- Gas fireplaces are seasonal November - February

- Parking is available. Parking passes are required. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.,

Bounty of Birdie Lane is 20 minutes from the historic downtown Branson – a hub of family-oriented tourism, brimming with live shows, rustic steakhouses, charming boutiques and wineries. 



Silver Dollar City is only 6 minutes away – a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme, famous for thrilling rides and BBQ festivals.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
