The Space:

This 2-bedroom condo gives you the penthouse experience with a top floor balcony overlooking the unparalleled beauty of the Ozarks. The balcony is partially shaded with space to relax on comfortable seating, plus an open-air dining table is ready to host memorable meals outside. This is a Branson experience you’ll want to share with friends, and when you book The Gathering Place with the next-door unit (Branson Blue Lakeview), your private balconies connect for double the space and double the fun.



Between enjoying the property’s outdoor space and exploring all there is in Branson, you’ll certainly need some time to unwind indoors. The cozy living room is furnished for just that with a large couch, smart tv, and even a small, multi-use desk space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and cookware for intimate meals at home. An indoor dining table is right of the kitchen with seating for 6.



This home sleeps 4 guests in 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom right onto the home’s balcony.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- This is a walk-up unit.

- 2 parking spaces are provided.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- An air mattress is in the unit for an additional two people.

- Access to seasonal pools only.

- Smoking is not allowed in the anywhere in the building including decks and stairways. Penalty is $500 if there is found evidence of smoking.

This enviable location also puts you 20-25 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
