The Space:

The home’s consistently charming design includes elements of natural wood textures, soft colors, and brass fixtures throughout. It’s cozy enough to feel like home, and idyllic enough to feel like a true getaway. The home is located in Notch Estates, a private community with hiking trails, swimming pools, grill stations, a 5-acre lake, and more. Nearby attraction Silver Dollar City is just a quick 5 minutes away.



As you enter the home’s main living space, choose from statement armchairs or the large couch facing a smart tv and get comfy. A small formal dining space is just beyond with seating for 2. Additional seating for 4 is more casually situated at the kitchen counter. Make use of the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances when preparing food at home and enjoy the home’s dedicated coffee bar. Sliding glass doors lead you onto the private balcony with tree-filled views, string lighting, and plenty of outdoor seating.



The home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area, all with luxurious linens and plush pillows for sound sleep and sweet dreams.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and ample counter space.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, tv, and small seating area.

- A queen size sleeper sofa is available in the living area.

- This is a walk down unit.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

This ideal location puts you within 20-25 minutes from downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.



Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.
