This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area:

- Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

- This is a walk-in unit.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

You’ll also be within 15-20 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you within 4 miles of Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
