El centro de Formosa Terraza Piso - Nuevo!

Situado en la Calle Formosa, una calle perpendicular a la calle Santa Catarina, la calle comercial más famosa de Oporto, el apartamento se encuentra a poca distancia de varios lugares de interés y es una base ideal para explorar la bella ciudad de Oporto.

El apartamento está situado en el corazón de la ciudad y fácilmente accesible por todos los medios de transporte.
Ya sea a pie, en autobús, metro, tranvía o en barco, siempre hay una manera de conocer la ciudad a su propio ritmo. Conducir en la ciudad no es realmente necesario, pero si le sucede que se viaja en coche, hay un aparcamiento cercano. Voy a estar encantados de ayudarle con eso.

Comenzando desde el principio hasta el final de la estancia, estará acompañado de invitados.
Lo saludaremos personalmente en el apartamento y nos explicaremos cómo funciona todo, lo que hay en el vecindario y también le daremos sugerencias y consejos para que disfrute de nuestra ciudad al máximo.

Smaller apartment but Filomena has done a great job of maximizing the space. It was great for me and my husband. The location was ideal and within walking distance to most everything. And Filomena was an excellent host!

Spectacular!!!

Everything advertised and more!!! Great use of space with so many amenities and small touches! Loved the extra big blanket and smaller throw blankets. Tons of tables and storage spaces. Super comfy bed! Great location! Couldn't have asked for a better place.

Nice apartment in great location

We enjoyed our 4 day stay here. Apartment was just as described. Loved the patio and the location is great for exploring Porto on foot. Close to Metro station.

Beautiful & Cozy in Porto

Filomena gave us a very thorough orientation to Porto. She was a wealth of information for us. Her flat was spotlessly clean, with gorgeous linens on the bed. It was also very tastefully decorated- much more than other VRBO’ s that we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Porto.Rick & CherylCalgary, Canada

A great stay in Porto!

The apartment is in a great part of Porto. Filomena is a great VRBO host. She met us at the apartment to finalize our check in process and gave us many great recommendations and resources to make the most of Porto! Many great restaurants nearby and an excellent craft brewery just right around the corner. Proper accommodations and she gifted us a Douro Valley wine to welcome us in!

Formosa apartment

Property was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very central and accessible to shops, restaurants. Filomena, the owner, was there to meet us, which allowed us to leave our luggage and go for lunch while the apartment was being cleaned. Would certainly recommend this apartment. AgnescG

Amazing apartment close to all you could need

Our host, Filomena, was hugely thorough in guiding us through our stay at the apartment. Her dining recommendations were well appreciated and we did dine at Maria Rita, a great choice. The apartment, for two people, is very generous with two full bathrooms. We were comfortable there the entire visit. The shopping district is a short walk as is the fresh market. Don’t miss it! I will definitely make this property a top choice in the event of a return to Porto!

This apartment was perfect for our 11 day stay in Porto. It is spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Filomena was there to greet us and show us around the apartment. She has thought of everything to make it feel like home. It is also in a great location, easy access to major sites , restaurants and stores. Bit it is also very quiet. I'd highly recommend.

Great stay in Porto

This apartment was great for us. Close to Balhao Metro. From the apartment we could walk everywhere. Very central. It had all the amenities we needed. Quite spacious. Great hot shower after a day of exploring. Quite street .Communication with the host Filomena was exceptional. A nice wine was left for us - it was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Sue

An amazing cozy apartment!

We really had a great time at Filomena’s place. I wish we could have stayed longer because we didn’t have time to enjoy the outside but the rest of the apartment was as perfect as we thought it would be. It was clean, smelled great, and we loved the mix/combination of old/new elements. Filomena was also very helpful and the self check-in process was simple. We’ll definitely come back if we get the chance to come back to Porto.

Porto apartment

This apartment was nicely decorated and the layout was great! Nice outside patio off the dining area. The bedroom was spacious and having two bathrooms was great! They even put a small shower in the bedroom to add to the convenience for extra people. The kitchen was a little small but workable. I can’t say enough good things about our host Filomena. She was very communicative, friendly and took extra effort to make everything perfect for our stay. Loved having a washing machine in the apartment as well. The apartment was conveniently located within a block or two of a major shopping district and lots of restaurants. We really enjoyed staying at Filomena’s place!

Perfect, quiet apartment

What a lovely place! It was the perfect location to walk everywhere! The apartment is located on the ground floor of an old restored home. So, no stairs! And because it was at the back of the building, it was very quiet.It features a large bedroom, a Murphy style bed in the main living area and two bathrooms. Also a very pretty little stone terrace! We found it very convenient to supermarkets and the mercado, as well as a short jaunt to the plaça Liberdade, where we met the tour buses. Filomena was very easy to deal with and we always got quick responses to any questions. A small coffee table or ottoman in front of the sofa is the only extra thing that would have been handy. We will tell everyone about this lovely place, and we would love to return someday

Utter Perfection

I must start with our host, Filomena, who excelled at providing us the best possible experience. She is an absolute delight! From our first communication, meeting and exceeding our needs, through our extended stay (one month) her guidance to the apartment and the neighborhood assured our holiday success. This was our second visit to Porto. Last year we stayed near Se Cathedral closer to the touristic area which was great for our initial introduction. This year we were spending more time so wanted to experience a different neighborhood. The location is ideal. Walking distance to many of the sites but local enough to have a supermarket one block away and a metro station 2 blocks away. Many restaurants and shops close by. Walk to Bolhao Market and Santa Catarina St. We were out all hours and this neighborhood is safe. The building is well maintained and this apartment is away from the street so protected from the traffic noise. The apartment is roomy with many windows and a lovely patio. The kitchen is tiny by american standards but met all of our needs. The photos do not belie what you will find in person. The apartment is tastefully decorated and for our month long stay felt like a home. There is attention to every detail. We would stay here again and hope to in the future.
