We manage the property for the owners. We are very responsive via messaging and are available via phone in an emergency.

It`s only a short walk (two blocks) to Lewis-Clark State College, close to walking trails and parks, and less than 35 miles to both the University of Idaho and Washington State University.
Costco and Walmart are both just across the bridge, less than a 5-minute drive.
It`s also 0.6 miles to St. Joe`s Hospital and 3.8 miles to the airport(9 min drive).
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please let us know your approximate times for planning purposes. Late check-ins are fine, but please be quiet if arriving after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. You may smoke outside, in front only.

Candles: No candles are permitted in the home.

Cleaning: We ask guests to load dirty dishes into the dishwasher, place used towels in the hamper, and wipe down any used surfaces before leaving. Stains on carpets may result in forfeiting the security deposit.

Parties/Noise: No parties are allowed, and please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

Damage: If something breaks, let us know as soon as possible through Airbnb messaging.

Utilities: Please turn off lights and lower the thermostat when leaving to help conserve energy.

Furniture: Do not rearrange furniture.

Pets: No pets allowed.

Makeup/Towels: Please avoid using white towels to remove makeup.
