This updated apartment is located just around the corner from Kansas Wesleyan University. It is an upstairs apartment in the south side of Kraft Manor. There is no elevator so stairs are a must to get to the apartment. You will have designated off street parking spots with easy access to 9th Street which offers lots of shopping and restaurants. Across the street is Genesis Health Clubs. The commercial spaces in the complex include a liquor store, tanning salon, barbershop, massage parlor, & more.
