This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. A rollaway bed is also available for your convenience. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The modern ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Cats are not permitted. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash, and you pick up after your pet.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- Outdoor pools are seasonal, indoor pools are year-round.
- This is a 3rd floor, walk-up unit with 26 steps to the front door. No elevator available.
