Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The Perfect Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved The Lodge! It was the perfect place for our family! It was comfortable for the adults and the kids were happy just to stay and play in the pool or game areas. It was clean and updated, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The TVs were huge, the bathrooms were luxurious (our master had a whirlpool tub). The kids loved the pool, cornhole, mini golf, the games. Even the lighting inside and out was fun! We could just sit in the pool and watch a movie on the giant screen behind the bar outside! Best of all, the management company was there if anything needed repair. I can't say enough about The Lodge and the great vacation we had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Already talked to someone. We did enjoy our stay. Would definitely come again. I did address with the person I talked to about things that need to be fixed such toilets and some games like putt putt. And the terminator game. I would like to visit all your resorts and give you all real reviews and do real inspections for you to keep these places 100% I'm sure there's things that need addressed at your other resorts.. I remodeling for a living, residential, commercial and industrial remodeling..thanks and looking forward to hearing from someone.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay here at this cabin was great. We could not use the fire pit outside the residence across the street was burning stuff all weekend and we were getting blasted with all the smoke and ash from them. A couple minor things occurred but elk springs responded and got it taken care of. The family and I had a good time would I stay at this cabin again probably not only because of the residence across the street. The cabin is big beautiful and has so much to do there.

Beware pictures will trick you!

First level of home is decent. Master Bedroom had a sink that wouldn’t cut on. (Maintenance did come pretty quick) if you want no sleep there is a king bed in the loft that is uncomfortable and you hear every thing in the home. The bathroom was full of bugs. A lot sitting in plain sight in the window sills I woke up and found a dead bug in my brush just felt no clean there. The downstairs looks awesome but the theater is not able to be used at all unless you provide your own hook up or movies. So that was a complete waste. It stated cable was available to watch it wasn’t. The kids were very bummed. The heated pool is not very heated we couldn’t use that at all. Hot tub was nice for kids. The amenities is what we paid for but none were really accessible. $3000 for 2 nights. Not worth it. We were super dissatisfied.
