Second Bedroom: Offers a comfortable queen-sized bed for peaceful rest.
Game Room/Bonus Room: This flexible space is ideal for both rest and play, featuring two twin beds for additional sleeping arrangements.

Our inviting living room offers a great space to gather with friends and family. Equipped with a large TV and plenty of seating, it's perfect for movie nights, game days, or simply unwinding after a busy day.
Indoor Fun:
Rain or shine, there’s plenty to do indoors. Try your hand at shuffleboard or gather for a fun board game night with the provided games and toys (even more games available upon request!). For little ones, we’ve created a dedicated space fully stocked with toys and games to keep them entertained. We also offer kid amenities upon request, including a Pack & Play, kid utensils, highchair, and more—everything you need for a stress-free family vacation.
Gym & Fitness:
Stay active during your stay with our well-equipped indoor fitness area that includes a NordicTrack bike, weights, and a yoga mat, perfect for starting your day with a workout or winding down in the evening. Additionally, we have an outdoor fitness area where you can watch the kids play on the playground while you get in your workout. This space includes an elliptical, weight machine, and free weights for your convenience.
Outdoor Fun:
Step outside to enjoy our private playground, where kids can climb, swing, and slide. The fenced yard offers plenty of space for running around, with colorful play structures that are sure to be a hit with younger guests. We’ve even included a cute playhouse, an airplane-shaped teeter-totter, and a mini roller coaster car ride for extra fun. After the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for s’mores, storytelling, or stargazing. It’s the perfect way to end your day.
Golf Cart Rental: For an additional fee of $50 per day, you can rent our 4-seater golf cart to explore the neighborhood or make trips to nearby attractions more fun and convenient. A local favorite, the waterfront bar and restaurant Noah’s Ark, is just a quick golf cart ride away— perfect for grabbing a meal or enjoying drinks with a view. Just in front of Noah’s Ark, you'll find the closest boat ramp and a public fishing pier. Plus, on your way to Noah’s Ark, you'll pass another public fishing pier, making this the ideal way to explore the area’s water activities.

Take a short drive to the Kemah Boardwalk for a day of fun or immerse yourself in space exploration at NASA’s Space Center. Don’t forget to check out the very popular Pier 6 Seafood & Oyster House, just a short drive away for delicious dining. HEB and Kroger grocery stores are also nearby, and both offer convenient curbside pickup options. For added convenience, we would be happy to pick up your curbside grocery order and stock the fridge prior to your arrival!
