The Club at Brickell Bay is perfectly located right in the heart of Brickell with close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and much more. This building offers an incredible fully equipped gym and many other great amenities such as a game room, business center, two pools, hot tub, and massage room. Cable and internet included.

Located in the heart of Brickell. You`ll find yourself surrounded by plenty of bars, supermarkets, coffee shops, pharmacies, and iconic restaurants such as Zuma, Komodo, Nusr-et (Saltbae), Area 31, Pubbelly, Quinto LaHuella, Bazaar Mar By Jose Andres, and more.

Walking distances for reference:

20 min- To the iconic Bayfront Park and American Airlines Arena, the home of the Miami Heat.
9 min- To Mary Brickell Village, a popular shopping and dining area,
12 min- To the brand new prestigious mall, Brickell City Centre, showcasing high-end brands and delicious restaurants.
10 min- To the beautiful Brickell Key Island, where visitors can enjoy a relaxing walk by the bay and stop at the local coffee shop for a pure roasted Cuban coffee.

The best way to move around the Brickell area is simply by foot to avoid traffic. We recommend uber or Lyft to go to South Beach, Downtown, Wynwood, Design District, and nearby locations.

-The free metro mover station is located 5 minutes away (walking distance) on 10th Street.

-Free Miami Trolley from the W Hotel can take you to areas in Brickell, Biscayne, Miami Art Design District, Midtown, Coral Way, and Coral Gables.

-Constant Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available in the area. The price range for an uber within the mentioned neighborhoods is about $10-15.

There is on-site parking. A parking spot is assigned at the front desk during registration. The building also offers valet parking for additional costs.

-There`s a $52 Non-negotiable/non-refundable one-time fee before check-in for registration/Parking/Amenities.

-Guests must make sure to leave keys and fob inside the unit on the day of their check-out and submit a picture for visibility. Missing fobs will result in a $250 fee under any circumstances.

-Smoking is strongly prohibited inside all our units, only allowed on the balcony. Smoking smell and/or evidence of smoking inside premises will result in a $250 fee.

-Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property. Please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees.

-The host is not responsible for amenities closures or construction disturbance by the building during your stay. Refunds do not apply.

-Events and small gatherings are upon request. An additional cleaning fee of $150 would apply.

-The guest agrees not to hold the host liable for any losses or damages of personal belongings inside the premises.

-The guest agrees not to hold the host liable for any physical injuries that take place during the stay.

-Fire Safety: No gas, charcoals, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit.

Urine stained beds!!! Do not stay here‼‼1. I have been sleeping on a urine stain mattress for the last five days. 2. The leg of my bed broke as there was no structural integrity. I had to place the bed on its side to further prevent damage. And risk of injury. I’ve been sleeping on a urine stained mattress on the floor.3. Two out of the four towels that were provided were stained yellow, as well as some of the sheets on my bed. 4. The mirror was shattered as we entered the property, and there was a glass on the balcony and under the couch my roommate cut his foot. 5. One of the chairs snapped after normal use of me eating dinner and slightly leaning back, causing me to hit my head on the countertop. 6. There is no door handle, and the hinges are broken on the door, resulting in the inability to lock or shut the bedroom door.

Beautiful View and Location

My, now fiance, and I stayed at this vacation rental for one night as I proposed the following day in Miami. The location was perfect in downtown Miami and right where all the other condos sit. The balcony is on the side of the building so you get a great view of the city as well as the ocean to your left. There was a bit of culture shock for me as I've never stayed in a condominium before but the front desk was able to assign me a parking space and knew exactly how to handle Vrbo renters like myself. Check-in and check-out was very easy. There were some tasks to complete prior to the trip so the building was ready for me when I got there. There was also a 7/11 attached to the building on the street so I was able to pick up some snacks for the evening. All in all, it was what I was looking for as location and a view were the top of my list. The double beds and large living room would be great for medium-sized groups.
