This property is a ground floor studio condominium in the heart of Fairfield Bay, AR. One large room accommodates a queen size bed, sofa (love seat size, will accommodate a child). The condo is not child-proofed. Do not leave children unattended on the balcony and keep a watch on children inside for their safety. 55”Roku TV, WiFi, DVD player, a few movies, dinette with 4 chairs, kitchenette, and a deck overlooking a beautiful wooded area. The Kitchenette includes an RV sized refrigerator, microwave, convection/toaster/air fry oven, regular drip coffee maker (and coffee), dishes, crockpot, small blender, mixer, induction cooktop stove, utensils, induction pots and skillets. The bathroom is full sized. Private back deck/balcony for relaxing. George Foreman Electric grill on balcony. We are pet friendly. Must be on leash when outside. Pet-friendly (on-leash outside) $50 pet fee per pet. Walking distance to Fairfield Bay Mall, Conference Center, Bowling Alley, restaurants, athletic center with indoor pool and walking track, Library, and other amenities. You will have one designated parking spot. There is additional parking available opposite of your spot. You can park your ATV or boat in that area. FFB is an ATV friendly town. You can drive it all over town, even to the restaurants!

Smart Deadbolt lock. We will give you a personalized code so previous guests will not have access. We have a Minut Sensor, it does not record and is not a camera. It monitors the environment. It will recognize certain things in the environment and will send us an alert to our phone. It will alert us if the smoke detector alarms, it shows us the temperature and humidity in the home, it monitors for mold, occupancy, motion, and noise monitoring by decibel, without recording or listening. It does not collect, store, or share personal data. Minut is a home sensor built for privacy and safety for the guest. It looks like a smoke detector mounted on the ceiling near the dining room table. We have a Eufy doorbell camera, no other cameras are on the property.
