Guest agreement will address things like garbage, parking, number of guests, unauthorized pets, smoking/vaping and noise. Fines incurred will be passed directly to the guest in full. By booking you agree and accept responsibility for fines in regards to these items.
One dog may be allowed with approval and fees paid ahead of time.

Mail for the guest must be sent to and picked up at a local Post Office or postal service. Packages may be sent to the home during stay.
