Welcome to The Retreat at Three Ridges, a Scandinavian-inspired escape where comfort meets natural beauty. Nestled in the heart of Wintergreen, our stylishly designed and newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is just steps from the Resort, and all of its restaurants and amenities.

Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, a girls’ getaway, a nature adventure, or a ski weekend, this serene and centrally-located haven is perfect for your stay.

Step inside and feel instantly at ease with our thoughtfully designed space, featuring clean lines, warm wood accents, and soft natural tones inspired by modern Scandinavian aesthetics. After a day of outdoor activities, unwind in our cozy retreat, designed to offer both relaxation and comfort from the moment you arrive.

EPICUREAN KITCHEN

Our cozy kitchen area provides the essentials for preparing meals. With our open-concept design, you can stay connected with others while relax in the living room or enjoy a peaceful moment on the connecting balcony patio.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove with an oven. Several small appliances are also included, including a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, and crockpot. The cupboards are stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, silverware, Tupperware, mixing bowls, baking pans, a pizza stone, and muffin tins.

In addition, the pantry is stocked with various spices, oils, teas, sugars, and creamers.

Dining options include a dining room table with two chairs and a bench. Three bar stools at the kitchen island are available for a quick bite. A table with four chairs is available for a meal outside.
Inside the pantry, you’ll find various spices, oils, teas, sugars, and creamers, as well as a stackable washer/dryer unit.


LIVING ROOM

The living room is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. You’ll find a comfy couch right next to the wood-burning fireplace – ideal for curling up with a movie after a day of adventure.

The couch opens up to a queen-sized sofa bed, giving you an array of sleeping arrangement options. Linens for this bed can be found in the downstairs bedroom closet.

There’s a mounted TV with a Roku system, so you can easily log into your own Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and more. We also include a Nintendo Switch and some games (Mario Kart 8, Mario Party, and Just Dance 2020) to provide extra entertainment for all the gamers out there. As a compliment, we have Netflix available for you to enjoy.

Just a heads-up: the upstairs bedroom is open to the living room below, so you might want to keep the volume down if you’re planning on any late-night news or binge-watching.


BATHROOMS

There are two bathrooms in the condo, both with a shower-tub combination. Each one is stocked with in-shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so that you have one less thing to pack. We also provide Q-tips, makeup-removing wipes, and cotton rounds.

Additionally, a hair dryer can be found in the downstairs bathroom drawer.


BALCONY PATIO

Next to the kitchen, you can open the door wall and step onto a comfy balcony patio. There is a table and four chairs, as well as an oversized egg chair, so you can relax with a beverage, enjoy a meal, or cozy up with a good book during the warmer months.

MASTER LOFT BEDROOM

The master bedroom is up in the loft, featuring a comfy queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom. If you’re planning to work remotely, you’ll find an adjustable sit-and-stand desk with cozy chair and lovely view – perfect for getting some work done while enjoying the surroundings.

The room has big windows on both sides of the bed, so you’ll feel immersed in nature. With a lot of natural light, the sun can serve as your alarm clock each morning. But if you prefer a more restful experience, don’t forget to pack your sleep mask.

Since the loft is open to the living room below, we’ve included a sound machine to help you block out any noise and get a great night’s sleep. There’s also a fan for added comfort.

For convenience, you’ll find a luggage rack for your suitcase, a dresser for your clothes, and a closet to hang your garments.


THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM

The second bedroom is downstairs and comes with two twin beds, a big dresser, and a closet. Inside the closet, you’ll find extra linens for the sofa bed, plus an ironing board and iron.

This room also has a TV with Roku, so you can stream your favorite apps or watch Netflix, which is provided.

The blackout curtains will help you hibernate like the local black bears, and we’ve got a sound machine and fan in here too, for extra comfort.


ENTRYWAY

As you enter our condo, you’ll find a wall rack to hang your lighter coats and purses, as well as hangers inside a coat closet for your bulkier items. Additionally, there are two boot trays for your shoes. On a small shelf in the coat closet you’ll find a few basic cleaning supplies in case you need them during your stay.

SKI LOCKER

Right outside the front door, you’ll find a handy ski locker – ideal for keeping your outdoor gear secure. In winter, it’s perfect for storing skis, boards, boots, and poles. In the summer, it’s great for fishing gear, golf clubs, and kids’ bikes. The ski locker is locked, and a code will be provided for you to use during your stay.


PARKING

Our condo includes two unassigned parking spots for your convenience. During the winter months, you’ll need a gate code to access the condo and parking area, and we’ll make sure to send that to you before your stay. Additional parking can be found in the lots near the Mountain Inn. Keep in mind that these will require an uphill walk in order to reach The Retreat at Three Ridges.

✓ A first-aid kit is provided in the hall closet in case of any unwelcome boo-boos.

✓ Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for every guest.

✓ Our condo has a secure number lock for easy, keyless access. No need to stress about losing keys while you’re exploring.

Finally, we take cleanliness seriously and work with top-notch professional cleaners to ensure everything is in excellent condition for your stay.

The whole place is yours to enjoy, including parking, the ski locker, and the outdoor balcony patio. In the upstairs master loft bedroom, you’ll find a locked owner’s closet, which is off-limits to guests.
