Check-out: By 11:00 AM

This building requires in-person check-in. Self check-in is NOT permitted. We must receive your exact arrival time at least 24h before check-in.

Late check-ins after 10:00 PM will incur a 200 AED fee

A 1000 AED damage deposit applies to this apartment (2000 AED for 3-bedroom+ or villas)

This is a pre-authorization and will be released within 7 days post check-out if no damage is found

All prices include 5% VAT

To accommodate the diverse cultural backgrounds of our holiday home owners, we refrain from providing alcohol-related items (e.g. wine glasses). Guests may bring their own if they wish.

In accordance with Dubai regulations, we require a copy of the passport for ALL guests checking in. These must be shared via chat prior to arrival to avoid delays or denied entry.

🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.

🚫 No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.

🐾 NO pets are allowed.

🔑 Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.
