Functional but needs work

Half the cooktop didnt work. The remote for the TV was shaded the master TV. We had to buy a grill. Lots of things were loose like door handles and the bed rails. But overall, it was a pretty good stay. Neighborhood was nice. View was beautiful.

The Bird House with warm water

We are thankful to have a place to stay when we come visit. But please be aware of what you are getting into upon arrival.This house needs a lot of work! So I’ll just list off thing things we noticed/had issues with.We are a shows off family, and within 5 minutes of us all having our shoes off in this house, our feet were black.Instantly can smell the remnants of smoke. We are not a smoking family, so we notice it right away when we stay places. Laundry room, couches, and towels all reek of smoke.The dishwasher doesn’t work, we tried using it with the pod in the holder and outside, and it never cleaned. So we washed all dishes by hand. Doors don’t stay open or they don’t latch closed.Shades in the back of the house still let in a lot of light and therefore my 2 year old wasn’t going to bed till 9.The bath/shower combo in the extra bath didn’t drain, we had to plunge it multiple times.The sink in the extra bath wasn’t installed properly and you can see where they cut in the sink and it is crooked. The screen door to the deck will not keep any bugs out, the whole thing is broken.The back deck has loose boards and therefore I didn’t feel comfortable allowing my child back there.All the bedding had stainsNo bed bug coverings on mattressesEverything in this place is looseFront door doesn’t have stopper and they install wall guard in the wrong locationAnd last but not least, the front porch has three bird nest. If you are not bothered by birds like us, it was cool
